Position: Home Health Aide

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Reports To: Care Coordinator or Supervisor
Position Summary:
The Home Health Aide provides compassionate, hands-on support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Support mobility, transfers, and light exercise as directed
- Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and agency policies
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or Caregiver preferred
- CNA certification a plus, but not required
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass background check and training requirements
